So this weekend at church was good. Saturday night we had a visiting preacher, and he tittled his message "the door to God's blessings" and this morning my pastor preached about the unity between God and Man. it was Good.
so this afternoon, I've been watching Home Alone, and studying for tests.. playing the piano.. Roni I haven't forgot you , I'm getting your things together, to send to you. and last but not least this what else I did tonight WRAPPED PRESENTS!!! Can't wait to get out of school so I can put up the tree and the lights.... I'm looking forward to Christmas!! well I'm gonna get off, it started to rain a while ago, its suppose to start with rain and change into snow and snow all night and all day tomorrow.. so I could be waking up to a white ground which is ok with me! I hope we have a white Christmas.
oh yeah I gotta go to the dentist tomorrow... ugh.

Black Friday!

So today was what they call black Friday... I'm not sure why they call it that but its the kick off for Christmas shopping, with big sales going on every where... so me and mom ended up going shopping today.. it was fun.. I got two presents for one of my nephews, and one of my nieces.. only two more nieces and nephews to by for.. and then all of em are taken care of. then all I'll have is charity, amber, grandma, dad, mom and my two brothers..

Its been about two days since I've heard from my special someone, I guess he's just spending time with his family for the holidays. I hope I hear from him soon.. I hope he had a wonderful thanksgiving..

I think I ate myself sick today... country ham, regular ham, turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, Banana's and strawberries in strawberry daiquiri syrup... that's just what I ate at my house.. that's not counting what I ate when I went to my pastors house.. I ended up eating peanut butter balls... I bet I ate like three or four of them.

Had a really good thanksgiving. I haven't heard from someone today, but Im sure I will tomorrow if not later tonight.

I believe me and mom is going to kick back and watch a christmas movie.. I'm sure I won't make it thru the whole thing I'm tired..

not much to blog about tonight... worked at the hospital.. had fun! Played a little prank on some people... Me, Frank, and Jerome took white out and stuck it in a bottle of lotion... so tomorrow who ever tries to put lotion on will get white out.... the ONLY part I played in this is was to help find the white out.. and that's it.. Jerome did most of it... it was pretty funny tho when He tried it out for himself.. haha his hands were stained white..

well lets see its thanksgiving! off work for the rest of the week... yay!! I'm hungry... wonder if I can still some food that's already made... *thanks real hard*

What a wonderful day!

well I woke up this morning to a text message from my special someone.. at first I didn't know who it was from.. but then I shortly figured it out. I'm so thankful to hear from him, lets me know he hasn't forgotten about me. I texted back but didn't hear anything from him until tonight in my night class. we talked for about 20-30 Min's.. so we'll see where it goes..

still counting down the days until I'm outta school for good.. well I'm gonna go.. gonna edit some pictures before Thurs, I want to get Cd's made for my family before they get here, still got a ton to do before then.

well today went by pretty good. played a game in my medical terminology class... work went by pretty quick..

school will be over in a few weeks for Christmas break and I can't wait! I'm going to relax and get ready for Christmas.. put up the tree, put up lights.. and go ice skating.. oh and watch Christmas movies... Its gonna be fun...

have a ton of tests coming up soon... and its going to be crazy...

This is where we lay patients to take xrays of them laying down. the round thing that has green numbers on it is movable to just about any part of the room. it also measures how far away it is from the person.
the machine on the right is where we flash the xray, which puts all the persons info on it.. then the big machine is what we use to run the xray Thur to develop the xray. The red thing you see is what holds the pic one we take the xray, what the machine does is once you run it Thur it clears it off on to the computer. then from their we can send the xray to the radiologist, if our radiologist is gone for the night we send it to a program called nighthawk,which is where radiologist from Australia can read them and tell us whats wrong. the one in the pic has just been ran Thur and can be used again. the big ones are usually used to chest xrays. the smaller ones are used for hands and fingers.
this is just some of the techs sitting around. this is what we do when we have nothing going on.
again here is another picture of the techs just sitting around. the printer in the back ground is where all the orders come in from various parts of the hospital, from surgery all the way down to ER. we get any where from 20-30 orders an hour. sometimes more depending on how busy the Emergency room(ER) is.

well today went by pretty quick... work today was CRAZY! I'm so glad today is over.. The phone rung off the hook, people coming in the office left and right.. ugh I thought I was going crazy ha!. I know it sounds crazy but I hope we have another day like this one soon... it helps pass the time.. I could however, take less phone calls and more people in the office tho.

Passed my quiz tonight in my night class... thank goodness this semester is almost over.. I'm tired and need a break....

well gonna pray and head to bed.. I'm tired and tomorrow comes early.. Roni it was nice talking to ya today.

I guess I spoke to soon about not having a quiz tonight... we ended up having one any way... this time it was over the bones in the arm, leg, ribs, clavicle, and over the ischium, pubis, and ilium these three bones make up the os coxa which is your hip bone.... he gave us the bones he wanted us to study, then we studied for about 30 Min's, then took the quiz.. made an A on it...

I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday... It can't get any better then it being the weekend! hmm today I seen my dad for a few which was nice.. hopefully tomorrow I'll get to see him again...

so today I was sitting at work and I got a email from a sister in my church. Well this sisters daughter had quit church a few months ago and ran away from home and all. well at camp Bro Fred had told her parents that she'd call and say she's sorry. So her mom emailed me today to tell me to stay strong to my faith, and told me that her daughter called just like bro. Fred said she would.. which helped me a today, cause ever since bro Fred told me that Mitch would come back, I've been battling was it God saying that or was it just bro Fred telling me.. but now I know it was God at camp and I KNOW Mitch will be back soon. I believe with all my heart that things will start to fall into place for me and him any time...

So a few weekends ago some of the youth group went to finley's fun center and hung out for a while.. skated, played lazer tag, and played some games of air hocky and ski ball... had fun... below are some pictures.

so.. Monday I get to school and I pull in a parking place and I look to my left and see one of my friends sitting their reading what seemed to be the bible.. so I waited a little while before getting out of my car so I could see if it was the bible or not, well it turns out it was. I was walking to class and it hit me.. if a person that wasn't in the message, but claimed to be a christian could take the time to read the bible, then how much more should I take the time to read the bible since I know the truth. it really hit me.

schools going good.. glad its almost over for the semester... I'm ready for a break.... I have no quiz tomorrow tonight though and I'm glad.. I did pass Tuesday nights quiz tho with a B... glad I have a break from them tomorrow night. yay!

gonna get off here gotta get up early and I'm about to fall asleep while I'm typing...
It just started pouring the rain!!! I love hearing it hit the roof while I'm sleeping... now only if it was thunder storming... things would be great.

well school tonight went by pretty quick.. passed my quiz with a 11/10.. yay!! Have a quiz Tues night in lecture.. and a test Monday in medical terminology which I'm not really looking forward to.. but on the bright side the semester is almost over.. I can't wait either.. after its over I am going to be so lazy...

I start volunteering at the hospital on Monday's and Wednesday nights from 6-8 pm.. which will be fun.. gotta pick up my yellow polo uniform shirt Tues sometime before class starts..

welp gonna head to bed.. gotta work tomorrow... and I'm starting to get sleepy...

still praying for my prince charming to come back... I hope it's soon.

not much to blog tonight... after today at work I doubt I'd even be able to do that right... Today has not been the greatest day... i hope it doesn't repeat its self tomorrow if i go 2 work.

well America is in for it!! I can't believe how the election turned out!! and the fact that Obama is colored has nothing to do with it at all in no way.... I just don't AGREE with what he stands for... He believes in Gay marriages, and abortion's... which is totally WRONG! and to beat it all he's Muslim.. I really thought John McCain and Sarah Palin would full fill Bro. Branham's prophecy about a women being in power... America's morals will more then likely be gone shortly..

welp, I just finished listening to a message called "The Inspectors Coming" by brother Homer Longoria... it was a good one... He preached about how God uses trails and tests to shake us down to get ready for inspection, he tied it in with an example of a train and how it wouldn't go out of the depot without being tightly packed and shook down..

I have no quiz tomorrow night and I'm GLAD!!! roni, I enjoyed your blog..

It's been a long while since I've updated... not too much has been going on, just the same old same old... school, and work... I have to get a TB test tomorrow at the hospital at 4:30 and fill out some paper work... then I'll be able to start volunteering again...
